Routine is a habit of acting, which many of us do not realize.
We wake up, we eat and we go to work. After completing the program hours, we return home, always on the same road, being the slaves of our own habits, being the slaves of the daily routine.
But routine can be positive or negative, depending on how each of us relates to it.
Experts argue that routine can lead to reflex and overtime to failure. This is the case of alcoholism, smoking or dependence on social networks.
Are you affected by daily routine?
Routines can be taken from the family, school, society or surroundings.
The routine can be internal, when we talk about verbal tics, but also external, as is the case for people who have become accustomed to manifesting themselves in a certain way.
Although it may seem impossible, as a result of certain studies it was found that the routine kills creativity and limits the emotions.
There are people who travel on the same road tens of years from work at home, being practically strangers in their own city. All they know is the job they do and the way home.
There is a false impression that the routine brings peace and security.
In reality, however, it greatly limits us, greatly reducing our potential and putting us in a position to be unable to react in new situations.
How do we get out of the routine?
A first step we need to take to get out of our daily routine is to always try new activities.
It is advisable to start with our own thoughts, by programming us to always think positive, because this has a major impact on neural circuits.
Let’s learn to relax because when we do this, we will be able to discover many things about ourselves, succeeding to correct the negative ones and to enhance the positive ones.
In conclusion, being original and creative we can stop the daily routine and give credit to our own intuition.
